I Serve With A Non Profit Medical Clinic In Detroit

I serve with a non profit medical clinic in Detroit where i am on the streets finding homeless and prostitutes providing basic medical/dental care, chaplaincy care, and connecting them to the resources they need.

I am an Advance EMT and use a video otoscope to visualize TM etc and sometimes have unique pathology that would like to have assessed so that i can relay to pt and encourage to to f/u care/ see a specialist. they are resistant to most medical care etc.

Could you help once in a while ?
