I Shaved My Buttocks And Now I Have Two Small

I shaved my buttocks and now I have two small red throbbing bumbs the size of the end of your finger that have developed in the buttock crack close to Anus. After taking warm baths they got very painful and one of them has popped and pus leaked out. It's less painful now but it's raw and bleeds occasionally. What should i do to treat it ?
