I Shaved My Private Area Around A Week Ago. Immediately

I shaved my private area around a week ago. Immediately after I shaved I knew I had cut myself but I didn't know how bad. At first it felt like cuts but when I looked down there I saw red bumps that resembled pimples. About 2 days ago I looked again and now they are puss filled and extremely painful. They are all over and even in my anus area (I shaved that as well). It doesn't look like they are getting any better and recently it has spread. On my inner thigh I have what looks like a very big pimple/ingrown hair that is painful. There is NO WAY I have an STD. I don't know if I should wait and it will get better or see a doctor immediately. It is so painful to go to the bathroom as well.
