I Shot Meth In My Arm 4 Days Ago And

I shot meth in my arm 4 days ago and the day after I stopped I noticed my arm was swollen and there is a lump at the injection site. It is sore but there really isn't any pain it isn't bruised and I don't have a fever or anything. No signs of sickness and there is no pus what could it be?
