I Sit A Lot During The Day At Work And

I sit a lot during the day at work and have developed a sore on my bottom. It is very tender with some drainage. I have been putting triple antibiotic cream on it but still sore and tender. I got same Calmoseptine cream today and started using it. Do I need to follow up with my own doctor? I have had a boil before and they had to lance it. I do not know if this is the same thing though.
