I Skipped My Period Intentionally Two Months In A Row

I skipped my period intentionally two months in a row on lo Loestrin fe. I read that if you don't take the white and brown pills you won't have your period, so I followed that and I didn't have my period. Well I thought I was taking my pills correctly still and had unprotected sex about 4 weeks ago. 3 weeks ago I took a pill an hour late and for about six days I had brown discharge. I searched it to see what was going on and it said its a sign of pregnancy. Did I take my pills incorrectly, could I really be pregnant?
