I Skipped My Period Last Month And Started Taking My

I skipped my period last month and started taking my next pill of active pills right away. I didnt have my period the week I wanted to skip however I started bleeding the next week and it has been 2 weeks now and I have been spotting. I am now on my 3rd week of pills, should I take my sugar pills next week or should I start another new pack of active pills?
