I Slammed My Finger In A Window About 4 Months

I slammed my finger in a window about 4 months ago, and my mail is now coming off in boss and pieces from the cuticle

Is there anything that will help it to stay clean hygienically and not get infected. And at the same time make it do what its going to do any quicker?
