I Slept Wrong About A Week And A Half Ago

I slept wrong about a week and a half ago and did something to my neck. I've had this pain before and it has gone away within a month or so. But this time was different. This time I'm experiencing more of an electric shock that feels like it's coming from my ear and the stiffness in my neck has gone away. My ear doesn't seem to be infected. Its causing me to twitch involuntary as if I have a 9volt battery stuck in my ear. It happens about 4-5 times a minute and is constant trough out the day as of yesterday.
