I Slip On Water In The Laundry Room And Fell

I slip on water in the laundry room and fell backwards in the corner of the dryer into my back lower left , very painful.that was a week ago and my back seams at times someone is hitting me with a hammer in same stot.I sneezed and a strong strong pain came out of same spot on back, any answers
