I Slipped And Fell In Mud Hard 3 Days Ago.

I slipped and fell in mud hard 3 days ago. Landing directly flat on my back! I hit my head. I've been having constant headaches ..I assume a concussion. I think whiplash too because my neck hurts clear up front as well. It hurts to inhale a cigarette! My stomach feels like someone played kickball inside it and it is swollen. My upper back is warm.. I'm sore all over and running a low grade temp. I have not seeked any medical because I was thinking I'm just bruised and prob pulled muscles
