I Slipped And Fell Yesterday And Landed In The Middle

I slipped and fell yesterday and landed in the middle of my back was a little bruised and puffy this morning I woke up and it now hurts in my chest and rib area every time I sit or lay back it hurts badly in my rib area and when I cough it hurts real bad.
