I Slipped In Some Wet Leaves A Couple Of Months

I slipped in some wet leaves a couple of months ago. I haven't been able to put much pressure on my foot since then. I wrapped it up, used Epsom salt, the whole nine yards. But it hasn't gotten any better. Now I've noticed a large know on the top of my foot near my ankle. It's very painful.
