I Slipped In The Park And Drained My Ankle. Med

I slipped in the park and drained my ankle. Med express took an X-ray and told me I have a hairline crack in the fibula. I was put in a splint and they asked me to use a walker to avoid putting wt on my injured fibula. The second day, the radiologist called and said there was no fracture. I am 72 year old male, in healthy condition and work out regularly. What should I do.?
