I Slipped Last Night And Rolled My Ankle I Was

I slipped last night and rolled my ankle i was in so much pain the restaurant called an ambulance. I am in Thailand they made a half cast for support which heated after my ice pack then strapped me up and sent me home. I couldn't understand what they were saying to me. The cast is too painful to keep on as my foot was positioned at a right angle and I am still in pain any time I move. Lying still I am fine.
I am due to fly home in 2 days after a 3 hour bus ride through the hills tomorrow flight from Chiang mai to Singapore then Singapore to Australia. Eeek
Is it ok to fly?
Should I go back to hospital for X-ray?
I only have scooter which I can't ride
