I Slipped On A Rock At The Beach 3 Days

I slipped on a rock at the beach 3 days ago and my breast and armpit area is in pain. Whenever I get out of bed I need help from my partner as it is too painful to sit up on my own. Whenever I sneeze the pain is severe. It feels bruised but I can't find exactly where there pain is coming from as it doesn't hurt when I touch the affected area. It feels like the pain is coming from the inside of the chest and armpit area. I can't move while I'm in bed I have to lay in the same position or I'll hurt myself.
