I Slipped On The Third Stair, Landed Of My Right

I slipped on the third stair, landed of my right buttock and then fell off the stairs onto the top back of the right hip. X-rays, no break. My lower back aches and there is a severe pain, in the middle of my buttocks. No sciatic pain. Show I get an mri.
