I Sm 57 Years Male. I Was Taking 0.1 Mg

I sm 57 years male. I was taking 0.1 mg thyroxin for past 4 years and lately - 2 months ago- diagnoised with hypertension which took combination medicine of candestran 16mg+12mg hydrochlorothiazide. My blood pressure droppedto 135/85 which was great. Last week suddenly my blood pressure raized to 170/110 despite taking medicine which had to change hydrochlorothiazide to 5mg Amlodipin becuase potassium level in my blood dropped 0.1 below lowest premitable level. Now took 3 days combination of candestran 16 mg and 5mg Amlodipin that blood pressure still high 140/95 but had some burning sensation in my chest.
I am taking every morning 0.1 mg thyroxine and this combination, does this combination affect my chest burning sensation while still blood pressure is rather high? Should i tske these medicine separetly?
