I Small Fishbone Of A Kob Fish. I Tried Vomiting

I small fishbone of a Kob fish. I tried vomiting but traces of blood came from my throat. I ate some bread (with the crust - minimal chewing) ....it feels like my throat is swollen inside....very little pain or discomfort in my throat but a weird sensation in my stomach ....
