I Smashed My Shin Bone On The Bumper Of My

I smashed my shin bone on the bumper of my truck 2 weeks ago. I now have knot on my shin where I hit it. Also just below that area over the bone only, I can push in and a dent with stay there then come out after about 30 second to a minute. I did not have this until I hit my shin.
