I Smell Burning Plastic, Ive Been Having Headaches, My Eyes

I smell burning plastic, ive been having headaches, my eyes have been kind of fluttering every so often and i have a deep chest cough, ive had this chest cough before but have been given antibiotics for pnemonia and bronchittis, but this is the first for the head aches and plastic smell, what could it be?
