I Smoke Marijuana On The Regular But The Other Night

I smoke marijuana on the regular but the other night I smoked a blunt and coughed a lot from the feeling of my throat closing up. My throat has been hurting ever since, only when I inhale tho. When I inhale my throat and head hurt at the same time and I'm unsure what the issue is. I've noticed my lymph nodes are swollen a little bit but don't have any issues with congestion or any signs of a cold.
