I Smoke Meth. In The Last Couple Of Months, My

I smoke meth. In the last couple of months, My throat feels really weird. I can't exhale the whole smoke. I feel it's getting stuck in my throat and it's very irritating. The same happens when I smoke ciggarettes as well. I used to smoke weed but I have cut down on it. What do you think is wrong with me and what should I do to fix it ? Please help!
