I Smoke Recreational And This Morning, I Was Coughing Very

I smoke recreational and this morning, i was coughing very hard and felt some thing burst just below my rib cage on my abdomen. its localized off-center to the left of my abdomen. If i cough at any other time its a pain just on that spot and then goes away though its sore to the touch. what could this be Doc?
