I Smoked 2 Cigarettes Last Night In A 20 Min

I smoked 2 cigarettes last night in a 20 min time frame and became nauseous dizzy and passed out. I have not smoked in over a year. I have had this happen to me before about 5 years ago. It happened 2 times in a 2 week period. I went to the ER that time. They admitted me and monitored me for 24 hours. They couldn't find a clear cut diagnosis but did say that my blood pressure is low. Do you think that smoking like that did something to my blood pressure?
