I Smoked Just A Tiny Bit Of Meth Alittle Bit

I smoked just a tiny bit of meth alittle bit ago well almost instantly I felt as if something is lodged in my throat & it burns I have made myself throw up a couple of times it looked pure black...ive been drinking water hoping it will help but it isnt plz help
