I Smoked Meth For My First Time Yesterday & I

I smoked meth for my first time yesterday & I got sores on my tongue they r very, very painful!! I can't swallow anything my husband gave me a pill to swallow & it wouldn't go down. What does that mean? I should go to the E.R. but I got two kids & I don't want them taken away from me over one mistake!! I really don't know what to do.
