I Smoked Up Till 22weeks I Am Concerned The THC

I smoked up till 22weeks i am concerned the THC wont be out of my system by my next appointment... Is there any was to flush my system quicker i am now 25 weeks and my appointment is next Thursday.... iM not looking to be bashed for smoking while pregnant.... I was so sick it was the only way i could eat and hold down food... And also to bring my BP down
