I Smoked Weed For A Couple Of Month And Now

I smoked weed for a couple of month and now my lips colour has changed. There is a reddish white spot in the center which looks ugly, I have consulted to a doctor and he said it is vitaligo which I do not think is the case. Please tell me some methods to refill that white patch
