I Sneezed, I Didn't Hold It Back About 3 And

I sneezed, I didn't hold it back about 3 and a half weeks ago, this caused pain in the right side of my throat, like I swallowed a razor blade. Took antibiotics and nothing feels better. I had another sneeze 1 week ago, the right side and now center felt as if razor blades where there. The pain is always there, not as bad unless I eat or drink, it flares up, but when I do sneeze, it is debilitating pain. What is wrong? Thanks
