I Sneezed About 9 Hours Ago And Really Hurt My

I sneezed about 9 hours ago and really hurt my left collarbone/shoulder area and my neck when it happened. The pain has increased and spread since then to my armpit and above my left breast. The pain in my collarbone and shoulder is like a horrible stabbing feeling and has just gotten worse the more I breath laugh cough and especially sneeze. What's going on?
