I Snorted Meth On Friday, Was Awake Until Monday Night

I snorted meth on Friday, was awake until Monday night and Monday night I couldn't sleep right as well as Tuesday night. My chest feels tight almost like there's a brick on it, I can't seem to get a full breath and I feel like I really have to focus when I'm breathing. How long will this go on? Should I go to doctor office?
