I Snorted Meth Yesterday And This Is The Second Time

I snorted meth yesterday and this is the second time I've had a bad reaction this week, but this time feeling worse. This morning my scalp is red and flaky, red spots on skin and burning feeling and my right hand has been on and off numb all week? Also skin on face peeling, pores very open. I've only been snorting for a month now. What can I do besides go to ER?
