I Somehow Contracted Ringworm In My Armpits. I Bought A

I somehow contracted ringworm in my armpits. I bought a 1% spray athlete's foot spray solution and that I have been applying multiple times per day for one week. It was going away, but flared up again yesterday. I was also had been taking oral Lamasil for toenail fungus about a month before I noticed the ringworm. Due to an insurance mixup, I've been without my Lamasil for about 4 or 5 days. I've been using aerosol deodorant, but I did re-wear one of my work shirts a few days ago. Could I have re-infected myself? Or is it because I haven't had the Lamasil? Or is this normal? The red itchiness did come back a bit (not as severe as before), but the darkening of the skin is still clearing up significantly.
