I Sometimes Bright Blood After Passing A Stool.but Mainly If

I sometimes bright blood after passing a stool.but mainly if I have been drinking a lot of vodka&wine in the same evening.I have a very inflamed bottom&itch and bleed when I scratch.I have had external heamoroids before&had injections to get it stopped.I do think I might av internal heamiriods.
