I Sometimes Have Severe Pain In My Left Ear That

I sometimes have severe pain in my left ear that is made worse in cold or windy conditions, even air conditioning blowing near my ear can trigger the pain. The pain gets so bad sometimes that I have to go to bed with it. Also, I have a sound in my ear that sounds like wrapping paper crinkling when I yawn, talk or sometimes even just walking will trigger the sound. My hearing has gotten worse over the years in that ear.
