I Sometimes Will Suddenly Get A Tightness, Pain And Numbness

I sometimes will suddenly get a tightness, pain and numbness across the top of my back, across my chest, and down both arms to my fingertips. It almost feels like I'm turning to stone, and I get light-headed as well. It's very scary and lasts about 2-3 minutes generally speaking.
