I Spent A Short Time Raking And Bagging Leaves Last

I spent a short time raking and bagging leaves last Friday afternoon. Since Saturday or Sunday I have had diffuse pain, 3-4, sometimes close to a 5, around the top area of my left hip bone. From about 3 inches laterally from my spine around the side and about 3 inches toward my belly button. Pressing I don't feel any tenderness or much pain beneath the skin/fatty (not much) layer. It doesn't appear to be in or near the joint and doesn't appear to be a strained muscle in the back or buttock area as there isn't much tightness or tenderness I can associate with the diffuse pain. Ice doesn't help. Ibuprofen helps for a few hours as does heat. It is better with movement and worsens with sitting or laying down. What should I explore to discover the source and how long should I wait to make any inquiry in person?
