I Spent Some Time In Iraq After The Gulf War

I spent some time in Iraq after the gulf war and was exposed to partially treated water from the main rivewr in Baghdad. On returning home I noticed a biting sensation on my scrotum and on investigation I discovered small worm like organisms about 1 mm thick and 5 mm long. on removal the sensation stopped but it has recently returned and I can't see any of the previous worm like objects
