I Spent This Week In The Hospital With CHF. Bottom

I spent this week in the hospital with CHF. Bottom line is only one new med was added to my mix, toprolol.
I took an expended release this morning. And yesterday morning... Everything seemed ok so they discharged me this afternoon...

Now I'm sitting at home and having intermittent spells where my heart rate bigs into the fifties and sometimes below based on my pulseox. I believe I had similar problems the last time they tried me on toporlol. Since this drug has been in my system close to14 hours, can I expect these episodes to soon pass?
