I Spotted Four Days Before My Period Came On The

I spotted four days before my period came on the 10th of May took a pregnancy test that day which came back negative , I bled heavy enough to fill up a tampon , I then took another pregnancy test on Friday the 13th of May which also came back negative , I'm now however 4 days late I was meant to have my period on the 7th of June is there a posibility I may be pregnant?
