I Spotted Only Once So After A Day My Gynae

I spotted only once so after a day my gynae sent me in for transvaginal ultrasound. The ultrasound result was normal. After the transvaginal ultrasound, on the same day I spotted a little again. I never spotted again but my gynae gave me proluton injection 500mg weekly on my butt. It hurts very much. I am scared if proluton has any side effects.
