I Sprained My Ankle Last Sunday. Went To ER On

I sprained my ankle last sunday. Went to ER on monday because I could not hardly move or even put any weight on my leg. They did x-Ray but said it was fine. I have had constant swelling and bruising. Can't feel when I put ice packs on it. When I have the ace bandage on loosely it cause even more swelling. With or without the bandage on my foot I constantly feel like a numbness tingly feeling which hurts and my foot feels severely cold. What should I do?
