I Sprained My Ankle Two Nights Ago. Went To The

I sprained my ankle two nights ago. Went to the doctor yesterday early. Said basic stuff, RICE and ibuprofen. Did that. Last night I couldn't walk on it anymore. I went to er. Xray showed no break. They told me splint, RICE and ibuprofen. Did that. Now it is very swollen, discolored, and hurts even more to walk on it. Should I go back to an er and if so what should I ask of them?
