I Stand For My Job And Have Been Having Pain

I stand for my job and have been having pain in my feet, expecially around the big toes. I have found a pair of shoes that seem to be working, not sure yet, just got them and haven't tried them for my part time 5 hr standing job. Any suggestions.....
