I start to sweat my head I can hear my heart beating I get very weak then my heart feel like its beating so fast then the top of my stomach starts to hurt very bad but it feels like I need to have a bowel movement I set there very weak like lm going to pass out I have once the pain is vey bad then for a couple of days I so weak this happen more often I m a women age 67 I have had galbadder out and had gasric by pass 9 yrs ago
