I Started 20 Mg Adderall SR About 3 Months Ago

I started 20 mg Adderall SR about 3 months ago and in the past month symptoms began appearing like; I had a rash on my forearms which lasted about two weeks, they itched and got scaly, and once that went away almost immediately I started with this swollen/soar tongue which has been going on for about two weeks. The swelling has subsided, comes and goes, and this morning I awoke with about 20 small soars in my mouth that are red and tender. My tongue is white in the back portion and somewhat normal in color in the front, yet the sides are red and slightly swollen still. I have an antibiotic (Keflex) and was going to start that it to see if it was an infection? I also thought about trying coconut oil, your thoughts? No fever. No stomach ache. No other symptoms. I thought it's either an infection or allergic reaction? I stopped the Adrenal for a day and it didn't end the symptoms. I thought maybe it was been because i'd been on vacation and we'd had beer 4 days in a row. That wasn't it. I'm usually pretty good about self diagnosis. Not this time! Thoughts?
