I Started 50 Mg Tramadol For My Back, Hip, Hamstring

I started 50 mg tramadol for my back, hip, hamstring and leg pain. I don't like to take drugs and it says every 4 hrs. I took one this afternoon about 1:00pm. Is it ok to have 1 glass of wine? I usually have one at nite with dinner, but not sure what to do.thank you it's 4:05 and I am going to church. Please leave me a msg.
