I Started HCTZ Lisinopril, 1/2 Pill Of 25-20mg, This Morning

I started HCTZ Lisinopril, 1/2 pill of 25-20mg, this morning through the emergency room at VA because 200/140 PB and am experiencing dizziness and slight numbness/tingling in right arm and leg, with some, what feels like, no control of arm. I think this is somewhat normal because I am restarting this med which I ran out of some months back
