I Started Quetiapine Fumarate 25mg This Last Tues. Today, I

I started Quetiapine Fumarate 25mg this last Tues. Today, I woke up with a bump, lump on the bottom side of my face, to the left of my chin. It is a lump the size of approx. a quarter. On the opposite side of my face, in the almost exact location as the larger one, I have noticed another one which is smaller. They are both hard to the touch. What would you suggest I do? I do not have any other symptoms.
